North-West Power Generation Company Limited (An Enterprise of Bangladesh Power Development Board) is looking for energetic and promising Work Assistants for immediate appointment on contractual basis and invites applications through online system (this portal) from Bangladeshi Nationals:

Required Educational Qualification

H.S.C. (Science) or equivalent passed.

Age

Age shall be maximum 32 (thirty-two) years as on 23.06.2025

Compensation Package

• House rent allowance, medical allowances, festival bonus, gratuity, other fringe benefits & allowances as per the pay structure and the rules of North-West Power Generation Company Limited.
• Income Tax: To be paid by the employee.

General Conditions

• Persons employed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization(s)/Govt. owned company(s) should have permission from the proper authority.
• Candidates passed from a foreign university(s)/institute(s) should have an equivalent certificate from the competent authority.
• Candidates should also be capable of working in challenging and stressful situations.
